• I can't find the hotel I need. Can you add it?

  Our hotel selection comes directly from Booking.com. When the hotel becomes available on Booking.com, it will also be available on Open Hotel Alert.

• How does Open Hotel Alert work?

  Tell us where you want to stay and when you're coming, then relax while we keep a close eye on availability (even while you sleep). When something opens up, we'll text or email you so you can book the room.

• Does Open Hotel Alert book hotel rooms?

  New for 2024: Open Hotel Alert is now offering direct bookings! You can book with us or with our partner Booking.com.

• This is a wonderful service. How can it be free?

  We are able to provide our service at no cost to travelers because we earn a commission when travelers book rooms using our service.

• I am a hotel rewards member, so I can't book via Booking.com. Can I still use Open Hotel Alert?

  Yes! We are glad to serve you. In this case, we will not receive a commission on your booking, but if you find value in our service and would like to make a donation, you can do so by going to our Tip page.
